Agreement To These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of WingsRadar, including the website, app, memberships, restaurant tools, referrals, offers, QR redemption, sponsored placement, account verification, receptionist, and related services. By creating an account, starting checkout, subscribing, claiming a restaurant, publishing an offer, redeeming an offer, or continuing to use WingsRadar, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Accounts And Verification

You are responsible for accurate account information and for maintaining account security. WingsRadar may use email or phone verification to confirm account ownership and protect platform features.

SMS Verification Terms

If you provide a phone number during signup or account setup, WingsRadar may send one-time SMS verification codes to verify ownership of that phone number. Message and data rates may apply. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase. You may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. WingsRadar verification SMS is transactional and is not used for marketing, restaurant promotions, discounts, reminders, or support conversations.

Offers And Restaurants

Restaurants are responsible for accurate listings, menus, images, pricing claims, offer details, purchase terms, supply, redemption rules, food preparation, fulfillment, and honoring eligible offers. WingsRadar may review, hide, reject, or remove content that appears inaccurate, expired, unsafe, abusive, or noncompliant.

Memberships, Billing, And Trials

Paid memberships, trials, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and add-ons are governed by the checkout terms shown when you subscribe. Payment providers may process billing information under their own terms.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse WingsRadar, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected areas, interfere with security, submit false information, abuse offers, or use the service in a way that violates law or harms users, restaurants, or WingsRadar.
